The hotel is located in a convenient area for visitors as it’s near public transportation and several small shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean, and had comfortable beds. We also appreciated the tea and coffee provided in the room.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. Some of the amenities, like the hairdryer and fridge, were outdated and didn’t work properly.

the location was convenient with public transport close by and there were plenty of restaurants and markets within walking distance. the staff was friendly and helpful with both local recommendations and any hotel-related issues. the room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had a spacious bathroom with modern amenities. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of Chinese cuisine dishes to choose from.

The hotel should improve their international communication skills to better accommodate non-native speakers.

The hotel location was perfect! We found a great variety of shops, restaurants and markets at just a short walk. the staff was polite and friendly. We enjoyed the fruit snack and bottle of water offered in the room. the parking was a plus for us.

Our room was not cleaned during the weekend and there was a visible layer of dust in the tea cup tray and blanket. We also noticed a hint of strange smell in the room, maybe it was the pillows.
